A.C.C.E.S.S. Art and Gallery X artist volunteers came together to fulfill the Bullard Street Neighborhood Association's
2008 mission of beautifying the area near Taber Mill Apartments. We worked together for several months,
transforming a decrepit containment wall with the beautiful view from the City's shoreline South to North,
to the delight and applause of senior residents and passersby.
